Meet the team

Claus Moberg, CEO

Claus has been the driving force behind SnowShoe since the company’s inception in 2010 as the winner of a University of Wisconsin-Madison business plan competition. Claus invented the SnowShoe Stamp to address a key bottleneck in the business model, and his proactive leadership has led SnowShoe’s focused pivot into pursuit of the Stamp as a new and exciting authentication technology. Prior to dropping out of his PhD program to focus his energy on the company, Claus was a full-time student at UW-Madison for ten years and earned degrees in Political Science, Economics, Atmospheric Science, and Environmental Studies.

Jami Morton, COO

Jami is used to "hanging with the boys"—after all, she did go to a male-dominated engineering school in Colorado. Jami helped co-found SnowShoe while pursuing her Master’s degree in Environment and Resources from UW-Madison. She enjoys taking charge of things, and it is this "bossy" streak that makes her so effective at managing SnowShoe"s day-to-day business operations. She draws upon her attentive personality and her technical background to communicate with customers and relay their needs effectively to the development team.

Jeff Haupt, Sales

Jeff has a successful 17-year track record in sales management and entrepreneurship. During his time at Onion, Inc. he was an innovative, hands-on director for a nationally recognized brand, managing nationwide sales staff, designing efficient operations, and growing revenue 58% year after year. As an entrepreneur, Jeff authored and executed strategy for three start-ups: George Joyce Inc., owners of the rights to The Onion in Colorado; University Date Books, a custom publishing company of collegiate planners; and Red Card Meal Plan, an off-campus meal plan for students at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. George Joyce Inc. and University Date Books were sold at a profit, and Red Card is still in operation and profitable after only three years of being in business.

Isaac Ray, Core Development

Isaac brings an analytical mind and user-focused precision to his role as the operations and development manager here at SnowShoe. He builds, implements, and maintains the web services that feed our apps and allow the stamps to work, in addition to providing technical support to clients and servicing a number of legacy products. He is currently earning a degree in computer science from Edgewood College, but has taught himself the majority of skills he brings to the table. He has been programming since high school and finds nothing more satisfying than prodding an information system into making a little magic happen.

Sheradyn Mikul, User Interface & User Experience

Sheradyn was so busy building this website that he completely forgot to write anything about himself.
